Jenna welcomes Gina Lichte to the podcast this week! Gina is the president and CEO of Girls on the Run Greater Kansas City and a fierce advocate for living your best life. Also, she's Jenna's real-life bestie and was among top listeners of this podcast according to 2023 Spotify Wrapped. A true legend.

In this conversation, we talk about vulnerable stuff that we're working on and the ways we may need to turn down the volume on our strengths for the good of the people around us. Gina shares her vision of the art and science of leadership, and as "maximizers" we struggle to be ok with the enoughness of things in front of us. Oh, and we talk about ice skating, too.
